Our 1-to-1 Coaching is the highest level of support we offer. Every session is completely tailored to you — your goals, your experience, and where you are right now.

 

You’ll work closely with a dedicated coach who takes the time to understand what you want to achieve, builds a clear plan to get you there, and adjusts it as you progress. Whether your goal is building strength, improving performance, dropping body fat, or rebuilding confidence, this is coaching with no distractions and total focus on you.

 

Perfect if you want maximum accountability, expert guidance, and a truly personalised approach.

Personal Coaching. Without the price tag.

 

Small Group Coaching bridges the gap between 1-to-1 coaching and group classes. Sessions are capped at 5 people, meaning you get significantly more attention, coaching, and individual feedback — without the cost of full personal training.

 

Every session follows a structured plan while still being adapted to each individual. You’ll build strength, improve fitness, and develop confidence, all while training alongside others on a similar journey.

 

It’s ideal for beginners, parents after the school run, or anyone who wants a more tailored coaching experience in a supportive, motivating environment.

High Energy. Expert Coaching. Strong Community.

 

Our Large Group Coaching sessions combine professional coaching with the energy and motivation of training together. Sessions are structured, purposeful, and designed to improve strength, conditioning, and overall fitness,  no random workouts, no guesswork.

 

With groups capped to maintain coaching quality, you’ll still receive guidance, movement corrections, and support from our coaches, while benefiting from the buzz and accountability that comes from training as part of a group.

 

This option is perfect if you enjoy variety, thrive on community energy, and want effective training that fits easily into a busy schedule
