Stepping into a gym for the first time can be tough. Whether you’ve just moved to the area and already have plenty of gym experience, or it’s your very first time picking up a dumbbell, taking that step can feel like a big deal. That’s why we’ve got you covered from day one.

At BeMoreAthlete, we’ve created a relaxed, welcoming, and friendly environment where everyone feels comfortable the moment they walk through the door. There’s no intimidation, no pressure to be perfect, just supportive coaching and a community that genuinely wants to see you succeed.

Our ethos is simple: help you become a better version of yourself than you were yesterday. That improvement might be physical, mental, or social—and often it’s a combination of all three. If you leave the gym feeling stronger, more confident, more relaxed, or more connected than when you arrived, then we’ve done our job right.

train

The Train program focuses on muscular endurance and overall fitness through high-volume bodybuilding, accessory work, and conditioning. ​It emphasises solo and team-based cardio fitness, helping athletes build muscle, lose fat, and improve conditioning while maintaining functional fitness. With personalised coaching in a class of 12, it’s suitable for all levels, addressing all aspects of fitness.

throwdowns

These sessions are when we burn lots of calories keeping your heart rates nice and high working in pairs or as a team to reach a target or goal for the session. These classes are capped at 16 athletes per session and are extremely popular class option.

hyrox

Hyrox - an hour of training for hyrox. Expect run throughs, engine work, building capacity, strength on the stations and compromised running, as well as hyrox tactics to improve race day. Capped at 16 athletes.
