Enter as either an everyday or an elite athlete. You may enter as a full team or as a partial team/free agent and we can pair you up to fill your team.
Movement standards:
Everyday athletes
Everyday (10/15kg) Db movements, knee raises/hand release press ups/jumping pullups, 20/24" boxes)
Elite Athletes
Elite (15/22.5kg) Db movements, TTB/hand stand press ups/pullups (At least 1 athlete))
